Cindy Ritzi Arnaoutis
Cindy is the owner of Wm. Ritzi & Co. Jewelers, a 128 year old retail firm. She has been in the jewelry industry for over 30 years and is a 5th generation jeweler. She has a degree in Business and attended the Gemological Institute of America to obtain her gemological credentials. She is an accomplished speaker and author, holding many educational seminars and is the host of the PBS TV Show “Antiques and Collectibles”. Utilizing all of the marketing strategies developed for the Jeweler Success programs, Cindy has steadily increased market share and revenues for her company over the years. She is the co-creator of the Your Jewelry Expert brand, including the KeepSafe Jewelry Portfolio. As Cindy states, “once you understand that being the Marketer of your business is your primary role in your business, this will lead to increased revenues and opportunities, especially in difficult economic times”.
Stacey Surge
A graduate of Stetson University’s School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Stacey Surge is a fourth generation entrepreneur who constantly educates herself on the latest trends in retail business, marketing and the jewelry industry. Some areas of Stacey'sjewelry expertise include a custom-design portfolio of over 100 pieces commissioned by her clients, extensive experience in jewelry repair and reconditioning, a keen eye for trends, a lifelong focus on colored gemstones and most importantly a strong personal connection with her clients as an integral part of her professional life.
Stacey has done live morning radio for over 10 years as well as cable television and voice-over work. A naturally gifted public speaker, she has given lectures, speeches, presentations, workshops and classes for over 25 years in the areas of business, jewelry, marketing and arts. Through her book, the KeepSafe Jewelry Portfolio (co-authored by business partner Cindy Ritzi) and many other educational materials in various media forms, Stacey continues to enlighten the consumer AND independent jewelers on the need to form a relationship with each other that is mutually beneficial and of value to both parties.
Thomas Ritzi
Throughout his 48 years in the jewelry business, Tom has served on numerous national committees concerning Colored Gemstone Grading and industry ethics. In the early 80’s, he developed the internationally acclaimed Colormaster, a grading machine used to communicate the color of a gemstone. It was the first instrument of its type in the jewelry industry and revolutionized colored gemstone grading. Tom still holds a patent on its design. It was marketed worldwide by the Gemological Institute of America. Tom is a 4th generation retail jeweler and has employed many interesting and unusual marketing techniques over the years to keep Ritzi Jewelers in the forefront of the community.
David Ritzi
David is the inventor and patent holder for Melee-Meeter Microguages, the jewelry industry’s gauging system for mounted diamonds of varying shapes and sizes. His micro-measuring system is marketed and sold worldwide and used by jewelers and gem merchants to quickly measure all mounted diamonds for repairs and appraisals. David is a Swiss trained, Master Watchmaker with over 47 years at the bench. He specializes in the repair and restoration of Rolex and all other high grade watches, including antiques. David is also a 4th generation retail jeweler and watchmaker.
Colin is our sixth generation to enter the jewelry business.
Colin Gray
Colin holds a degree in Communications, including public speaking and direct sales and marketing. Colin manages our Lifestage Division, - consumer information products designed to address jewelry consumer’s issues at various stages of their lives. This exclusive product and promotional line is available through our Area-Exclusive Platinum Member level.
Cameron Gray
Cameron is also our sixth generation to work in the jewelry business. He handles the I.T. section of Jeweler Success including; forums, newsletters and related customer service. Cameron is attending college and recently received academic excellence recognition in completion of the web design program at his school. He is very excited to be part of the Jeweler Success team.
